Looking for Queensland maps? Here's a map of the major roads and highways in the sunshine state. I am always searching for more maps to help you with your travel planning.

But it is not easy to find maps on the internet that are free to use. At least you get an overview of the regions I am talking about.

The map gives an overview over the major highways in Outback Queensland. The Matilda Highway is the red highway with the green A2 button that is running from Cunnamulla in the south to Normanton on the north coast.

West of the Matilda is the true Outback Queensland, the channel country and other places described in the Outback guide.
