Location: About 3 km from the city centre on the western side of the gulf. Although on the junction of the 2 major highways, I don't recall that it was very noisy. The motel is opposite the golf course. Nice garden setting with lots of rose bushes, trees, and a covered swimming pool invite you to relax. Amenities: 85 spacios rooms with TV, internet access, fridge, hair dryer, mini bar. Restaurant: The restaurant is located in a historic building and offers a la carte Indian cuisine. Majestic Oasis ApartmentMarryatt StreetWhether you stay for a night, or for a week, the Majestic Oasis Apartments offer rooms for all budget types.  Location: Great location in the the city centre, and overlooking the Spencer Gulf. Restaurants, pubs, and shopping area only 100m away. Amenities: 75 fully self-contained and serviced apartments with either kitchenette or fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Studios and apartment vary from 25 mē (Studio) to 55 mē (two bedrooms). All apartments are equipped with large screen TV. Superior and Spa suites have private balconies and water views. Big4 Holiday ParkCorner Highway 1 & Stokes TerraceThe Big 4 Holiday Park is a great park with a wide range of accommodation for all budgets.  Location: On Hwy 1 in Port Augusta West. It is only a short walk to West Beach. Approx 2 km from city centre. Amenities: 1 and 2 bed cabins fully self-contained, for up to 6 persons. Motorhome and Caravan area with powerded sites and ensuite sites. That means you have a hut with your private bathroom next to your site. Unpowered camp sites on firm soil. There are quite a few shady trees in the park. Park facilites include a large solar heated pool, separate pool for kids, shady lawn areas, BBQs, kiosk, recreation room, internet faciliteis. Pastoral Hotel17 Stirling RdThe Pastoral Hotel is one of these beautiful old Australian Pubs. It was first licensed in 1882.  Location: Off Hwy location on the eastern side of the Gulf. About 1,4 km from the city centre, 200m from Pichi Richi Railway Station. Amenities: 13 self-contained motel units on back of the hotel, facilities for the disabled. Backpacker and budget rooms available.Bus and heavy vehicle parking. Restaurant: Licensed restaurant in the pub, open 6 days. Gaming room, Indian Pacific Bar bottle shop.
