Kalgoorlie Hotel

Two of use are planning a trip from Adelaide to Sandstone and Leinster area in a small Izuxu motor home. Is this too ambitious.

Across the Nullarbor

Hi James,

Whether this ambitious, or not, depends on how you push it. It is sure a long way from Adelaide to Leinster and Sandstone. However, it is all on sealed roads, and I guess your little motorhome doesn't mind a long drive.

Have the car checked before you leave home, and perhaps carry a few spare parts, little things that could break along the way.

Take your time, and enjoy.

Nullarbor fuel stops NEW

Iam planning a trip from south-west Queensland down through South Australia and across the Nullarbor, I would like to know which roadhouses that you would recommend for us to stay at.

Nullarbor Roadhouses NEW

Hi Wendy,

My trip across the Nullarbor was in 1995, so I am pretty sure things have changed a lot since then.

I remember that I loved the Nullarbor Roadhouse and the Eyre Motel in Norseman was also nice. The motel restaurant was closed on that day, so we had an inexpensive dinner at the BP station.
