Birdsville Caravan Park

Looking for an accommodation place that could take 20-25 caravans western Queensland

G'day, I am looking for a place that could take a small fleet of travelling caravans/campers. The place would have optional power for a percentage of them for a few days next August.

Ideally there would be potential for a local tour or so or areas of interest. The group would largely self entertain. The travellers are all pretty outback practiced, or at least getting that way.

Regards
John

Birdsville Caravan Park

Hi John,

Birdsville Caravan Park is a fairly big place in a beautiful location on a Billabong of the Diamantina River.

The park has 52 powered sites and nearly unlimited camping sites.

Check out the Birdsville and Beyond Birdsville pages on the Outback Guide for ideas what you can do and see in the area.

Let me know which route you plan to travel in Queensland, and I, or other readers, can give you more tips.

Rita
